Happy Fourth of July!!
How about grilling up some Halloumi cheese on the grill? Who says you have to fry it in a pan! This cheese does great on the barby, then drizzle a little Blood Orange extra virgin olive oil from Umbria, Italy by Etruria. Place this lovely combo on a bed of your favorite greens, and what a fun salad/entre!
Halloumi is a cross between mozzarella in texture and feta for flavor - making it a versatile and fun cheese! It is made of sheep's milk and comes from Cypress in the Mediterranean.

New in the Wine Cellar
Peter Lehmann Layers
Adelaide, Australia
Peter Lehmann's Layers, that describes exactly what is going on in the bottle! It has five varietals, the primary grape being semillion, and they do still produce a 100% semillion. This wine has great acidity with beautiful balance from the peach and dried apricot flavors. It's a perfect summertime sipper and would love to party with the Halloumi grilled cheese salad! Cheers!
